A booking is a request for a stay at Hotel One. It is confirmed when we confirm it to you, and you will get the details by email or message. Please check the dates, the number of guests and the price before you send it.

Prices are shown on the booking page and are the ones calculated when you book. Taxes are shown separately where they apply. Payment is taken as the booking page describes.

You can cancel from the link in your booking message. Any refund follows the cancellation terms shown for your booking. If you are unsure, please call or message us before you cancel.

Please bring a valid photo ID for each adult guest. Guests are asked to respect the property, its neighbours and the house rules, and to tell us about any damage. We may ask a guest to leave if the house rules are broken.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one published when you booked or sent your enquiry.
